Elizabeth Ann Douglas was born on November 10, 1953 in Liberty, TX as the fourth of eigtht children born to Frank and Virginia Edwards. Her parents prepared the children to live a life of righteousness as members of a faith filled family. They could never have imagined their daughter, Ann, would be used to illuminate the lives of so many in darkness. Her musical gift became evident while singing in the choir at church and later as a member of the Joyfulettes. God allowed Pastor Ann to use her musical gift to lead praise and worship songs about the love of God, victorious and successful living, as well as about the Person of the Holy Spirit. 

She graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration on May 15, 1976. After completing her studies, she became a Program Analyst for NASA (Johnson Space Center) until she joined her husband in full-time ministry in 1992.

Elizabeth A. Douglas, the loyal and supportive wife of Wilson D. Douglas, III for almost forty-three years, faithfully assisted him in ministry until his passing November 19, 2018.  After the heavenly transition of our founder and visionary, she took the helm as pastor of Victorious Living Christian Center.  She is faithfully supported by her daughter, Ashley Nicole, and a team of loyal and committed believers.

Pastor Elizabeth A. Douglas is determined to honor the legacy of her husband by continuing to “Develop Victorious and Successful Servants through the Application of Biblical Principles, Thereby Attaining and Sustaining Divine Life.” She continues to teach the anointed Word of God; and equip God’s people to do His works of service, to win souls for the Kingdom, and to build up the body of Christ.  Pastor Elizabeth Douglas has resolved that Victorious Living Christian Center will maintain its outreach ministry to those in prisons, jails, youth detention centers, hospitals, nursing homes, shelters and those in need of food assistance.

Our history is still being written and our vision refined. We have confidence in our God and in our leader, Pastor Elizabeth A. Douglas.  Victorious Living Christian Center will move forward and build on the foundation laid by Wilson David Douglas, III.
